Nose - Caramel, orange, lemon, cinnamon, vanilla, buttercream, apple, cocoa, oak, leather, cedar, and wintergreen.

Palate - Orange, lemon, Honey Crisp Apple, honey, brown sugar, Juicy Fruit Gum, pear, melon, cinnamon sugar, toasted oak, and new leather.

Finish - Raw honey, apple, citrus, brown sugar, vanilla extract, maple, graham cracker, cinnamon, cedar, wintergreen, cocoa, leather, oak, and sweet tobacco.

Bottled at cask strength of 129.4 proof.  Distillery pick up only.
