The Candyman is a blend of toasted bourbon from Bardstown KY, Double Jeopardy, and 22 year old Indiana Light Whiskey. The resulting blend is a cohesive yet complex whiskey, reminiscent of mature bourbon and chocolate candy. 

Nose - Sweet, rich, and mature, with notes of caramel, toffee, and peanut brittle to start. Once acquainted, richer notes of vanilla and chocolate lead to mature notes of oak, tobacco, and tea.

Palate - The palate is sweet and savory initially, with notes of Cracker Jacks, English Toffee, and honey roasted peanuts.  Things get richer with the addition of caramel chews and vanilla bean as slightly dryer notes of oak, tea, and cinnamon sugar arrive.

Finish - Sweet, rich, savory, and mature, this is where everything comes together.  Coffees and teas are sweetened with caramels, vanillas, and cinnamon sugar to start.  A sweet tobacco is present as the sugar begins to fade, ushering in dryer notes of oak, leather, and cocoa powder.  A Werther’s hard candy with freshly brewed sweet tea close out the show.
