This exceptional, low yield, 8.6 year Single Barrel of 95% Rye Whiskey was awarded a Double Gold Medal at the 2024 New York International Spirits Competition. It’s also the Rye that named us the 2024 Texas Rye Whiskey Distillery of the Year.
Nose: Fresh baked multi-grain bread, brown sugar, cracked pepper, caramel and citrus zest.
Palate: This whiskey checks all the boxes and takes you on a wild ride from sweet to spicy and everywhere in between. Fruity, floral and nutty with notes of black pepper, citrus juice, rye spice and creamy toffee.
Finish: Very long, bold, sweet and spicy, oily viscosity that sits and stays on the back of the palate and evolves throughout the whole finish.
