Resurrection Rye is a 9+ year 51% Rye, 45% Corn, Single Barrel that rested in the 16 year Kentucky Bourbon “Turkey Tallow” barrel to finish for one month.  A stellar pour highlighted by a combination fruit forward flavors, candy and baked good sweetness and subtle spice.  Raise a glass to celebrate and commemorate the Easter season.

Nose:  Caramel Stroopwafels, sweet toasted oak, pink peppercorn, apple pie crust, lemon zest.

Palate:  Caramel corn, citrus, sweet oak, Arnold Palmer cocktail, strawberry cake.

Finish:  Fresh cut apple slices, honey, nutmeg, jasmine tea, juicy melon.
