This 9 year Kentucky Rye experienced over 60% evaporation before harvesting.  We proofed this barrel down slightly, to 121.6, to further highlight the sweet cherry and honey crisp apple notes that make this such a standout whiskey.

Nose - Cherry, lemon, orange, buttercream, honey, sugar icing, oak, and sweet tea.

Palate - Cherry, grape, orange, lemon, buttercream, tea, icing, oak, and Honey Crisp Apple.

Finish - Oak, leather, sweet tea, citrus, vanilla, tobacco, butterscotch, honey, and cherry.

Bottled at cask strength of 121.4 proof.  Distillery pick up only.  Limit 2 Bottle per person.
