Fruit Samurai is the second iteration of our Japanese Mizunara finished bourbons.  We started with an excellent 9 year 36% rye bourbon from Indiana with a bright, sweet profile.  The Mizunara finish imparts a special complimentary profile that softens the sip and adds to the overall complexity of the experience.

Nose - pear, coconut, orange, tangerine, brown sugar, cherry, honey, melon, tea, oak, cinnamon, and homemade biscuits. 

Palate - orange, honey, oak, sweet tea, juicy pear, honeydew, orange and lemon citrus, cedar, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and coconut.

Finish - Mizunara Oak, raw honey, orange rind, melon, leather, vanilla bean, butterscotch, sweet tea, citrus, cinnamon, pear, and a buttered yeast roll.
