This 8 year 21% Rye MGP Bourbon proves that age is just a number.  We proofed this bold pour down to 107, sweetening the oak profile, and bringing out maturation notes indicative of whiskies twice its age.  If you consider yourself a fan of oaks, leathers, espressos, and tobaccos in your whiskey, this is the pour for you!

Nose - Oak, caramel, vanilla, toffee, brown sugar, tobacco, leather, and coffee.

Palate - Sweet oak, vanilla bean, whipped cream, caramel, cocoa, maple, and coffee.

Finish - Mature oak, leather, tobacco, vanilla, espresso, molasses, and tea.
