Kodiak Heaven

Kodiak Heaven is an 8 year Kentucky Bourbon that was finished in our 18yr Kodiak Cowboy barrel for over 100 days.  This bear of a bourbon is masculine and mature, balancing sweetness, savoriness, and richness harmoniously.

Nose - oak, vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa, brown sugar, caramel drizzle, honey, coffee, and tea.

Palate - vanilla bean, caramel latte, whipped cream, wintergreen, chocolate, maple, honey graham, and subtle notes of orange and lemon with air.

Finish - toasted oak, leather, tobacco, espresso, barrel, aged, vanilla, sweet cream, ground, cinnamon, tea, and subtle citrus.
