Honey Wheat

This special blend of two different 7yr 95% wheat whiskey barrels was finished in a Weller Full Proof Barrel that Coyote Creek used for their 2024 barrel aged raw honey release.  Once complete, the blend was then toasted in a Kelvin Cooperage medium toast barrel, custom made for The Whiskey Blendery.

Nose:  Honey, vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, rising yeasted dough, churro, Honey Cheerios, tea, apple sauce, macadamia, cedar, oak, and sweet cherry tobacco.

Palate:  Honey, cinnamon, cedar, vanilla,  brown sugar, Honey Bun, churro, honey cereal milk, apple sauce, lemon citrus, oak, tea, and cherry tobacco.

Finish:  Honey, cinnamon, allspice, brown sugar, apple sauce, churro, baking yeast, honey cereal milk, citrus, cedar, oak, cherry tobacco and black tea.
