This three barrel blend utilizes two 9yr Kentucky Ryes, each picked for their fruity profiles. The third barrel is a powerhouse 9yr 36% Rye Bourbon from MGP chosen for vanillas, brown sugars, and oomph.  The resulting blend is a sweet and cohesive whiskey with a complex, desert like profile. This blend was then finished in a 17 year Buff/Turkey Barrel.

Nose - cherry, raspberry, caramel, butterscotch, buttercream, white chocolate, sweet oak, tea, and citrus.

Palate - raspberry, cherry, white chocolate, cream cheese frosting, brown sugar, lemon, vanilla, oak, and honey.

Finish - raspberry, caramel, maple, oak, leather, tobacco, citrus, butterscotch, whipped cream, and Honeycrisp apple.

Bottled at cask strength of 127.2 proof.
