Barrel Fill Date: 4/30/2007 Mashbill:  74% Corn, 18% Rye, 8% Malted Barley

Nose - Raspberry icing, confectionery sugar, raspberry tea, lemon, vanilla, cinnamon, grape, cocoa, caramel cream, brown sugar, cola, mature oak, and sweet tobacco.

Palate - Raspberry Tootsie Pop, raspberry tart, Cherry Fruit Stripe Gum, lemon buttercream, cinnamon sugar, cola, vanilla bean, chocolate, raspberry tea, caramel chews, antiqued oak, old library books.

Finish - Tart raspberries, cherry, black tea, orange and lemon citrus, vanilla sweet cream, cocoa powder, English Toffee, grape soda, sweet mature oak, new leather, pipe tobacco, and a very subtle wintergreen.

Bottled at cask strength, 121.4 proof.  Distillery pick up only.  Limit 1 bottle per person.
