Triple Double

To commemorate the 2025 NCAA Basketball Tournament, we created a 3 barrel blend of our most acclaimed whiskey, Double Jeopardy.  This is the oldest release of our flagship offering and most award-winning whiskey, that has taken back-to-back Gold Medals at the 2023 & 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.  It is a rare, unknown mashbill that should have never been made and can never be recreated.  It has been re-barreled in a second NEW level 4 char barrel, to give it its deep rich color and bold taste.  Over 8 years ago in January of 2017, it had a unique barrel entry proof of 112, with this release being bottled at cask strength of 118.4 proof.

 Nose:  Grape, black cherry, oak, caramel, cola, orange and lemon citrus, vanilla, and baking spice.

Palate:  Sweet antiqued oak, black cherry, grape, cola, vanilla, orange and lemon citrus, brown sugar and baking spice.

Finish:  Sweet oak, black cherry, grape, brown sugar, orange and lemon citrus, vanilla, caramel, nutmeg, cinnamon and anise.
