The Whiskey Blendery is ecstatic to release our first ever single malt offering with a grain recipe of 100% malted barley.  This unique bottling is equal parts delicious and intriguing, paving the way for the future of our newest mash bill to date. 

Nose:  Flour, powdered sugar, almond, honey, vanilla, pecan, apricot, salt, coconut, oak, Amaretto, and citrus.

Palate:  Almond, vanilla, apricot, powdered sugar, cookie dough, pecan, honey butter, cinnamon, oatmeal, salted butter, Amaretto, and coconut.

Finish:  Almond, Amaretto, vanilla, powdered sugar, cookie dough, pecan, honey butter, cinnamon, coconut, oak, hazelnut, lemon citrus, and golden raisin.
