Nose: Bright, clean, woody with subtle sweetness, pear, nutmeg, savory spice.
Palate: Vibrant cherry, sweet oak, vanilla, red delicious apple, new oak, light roasted coffee.
Finish: Clean grains, oak, slightly nutty, dry saw dust, pepper spice.
