This complex four barrel blend was finished on Brazilian Amburana Oak and also spent time marrying in a barrel that held a 75% Corn, 13% Rye, 12% Malted Barley mashbill distilled in Frankfort, Kentucky and aged for over 15.5 years in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.
Nose: Rich, round, and perfect for after dinner. Milk chocolate, caramel, raisin, mint, and citrus. With additional time in the glass, cinnamon, fresh baked bread, vanilla, cherry, Whoppers Candy, and honey graham crackers.
Palate: Honey, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, raisin, and mint initially. Fresh bread, orange citrus, cinnamon, cherry, and graham crackers with additional time.
Finish: Medium, sweet, and in line with the nose and palate. Chocolate, cinnamon, mint, citrus, graham cracker crust & baking spice.
